Returns/Exhanges
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Items received after that date will be exchanged for a SVOBODA credit equal to the value of the original purchase. All items must be in perfect condition with original hang tags and labels attached. Worn or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
All credits are processed promptly upon receipt of the return. Credits are posted to the credit card used for original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Internet purchases may not be returned to specialty stores. Please ship the items along with the packing slip via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post to: SVOBODA (Returns), 1430 S. Grand Avenue

You may also exchange your item for a different size or color; just indicate the new size and/or color on the packing slip when you return your original item. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping on exchanges is complimentary within the
U.S., shipping via UPS Ground. Two-Day or Next-Day shipping is available for an additional charge.

We maintain and use customer information internally, and do not sell or give customer information to any non-SVOBODA owned companies, outside companies or third parties. Sale or Non-Refundable Items
All sale items are non-refundable. You may return the items within 15 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Refunds will not be processed for non-refundable or sale items.
