Exchanges & Returns: Free Both Ways For Domestic (Contiguous 48 U.S.)

A prepaid UPS Ground Shipping label is included within all qualifited shipments.   Click  here  to see which items don't qualify under our general exchanges & returns policy.  To return items, simply repackage the items, note your reason for returning it, seal the package, apply the UPS shipping label, and then drop the package off at any of the following UPS locations: With any UPS driver, The UPS Store, a UPS Customer Center or UPS Alliance Locations or one of the many UPS Authorized Shipping Outlets. Please make sure your package is scanned before leaving. You may leave your package at a UPS location that doesn't scan it in (i.e., a UPS Drop Box) at your own risk.


Exchanges are easy, too.   For the best service and selection, place a new order online then follow the instructions above to return your original item. If you'd rather not place a second order, you can e-mail us at or call our customer service phone number  for assistance. 


These policies do not apply to the following:

Replacement items (i.e., free return shipping is only offered on the initial shipment.  Return shipping on orders that have already been exchanged one time are the responsibility of the buyer.).
