Exchanges & Returns: General Policies

For all other items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items received after that date will be exchanged for a credit equal to the value of the original purchase less shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or credit any original shipping charges.  

Once we have received returned items, please allow us up to10 working days to process your refund. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made that purchase. Once processed, Paypal refunds are relatively instant, but additional time may be required for refunds to credit or debit card accounts. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuers, and it is outside of our control. Please allow up to two billing cycles to pass, before contacting us at If there is a problem issuing a refund to your card, our customer service team will contact you via the e-mail on the original order.

If the returned items were a gift, and you’d like to get a credit instead of a refund to the original credit card, please include this information along with your name, e-mail address and telephone number with the return.

Internet purchases may not be returned to pop up shops or events, and pop up shop or event purchases can’t be returned to

All items must be in perfect condition with original hang tags and labels attached. When trying on an item, please take care to ensure it is kept away from pets, pet hair, marks or scents such as food, perfume, cosmetics, deodorant, and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any item where these instructions were not followed.
